Case 3:
SR Always gets assigned to wrong (resigned/previous) SSS & wrong (resigned/previous) ABE.
Cause:
This issue occurs when there is a gap in the CRM Zipcode & hierarchy mapping. Please forward current mapping sheet to Central MIS in the below format.
